1. Parties

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between LittleAwesomeThings LLC d/b/a The Femma, a New York limited liability company (“Company”, “we”, “us”), and the individual (“Client”, “you”) participating in our courses, club membership, events, or tours.

2. Services Provided

We provide online educational courses, coaching and consulting services, membership in The Femma Club, as well as live events, retreats, and tours (“Services”). These Services are designed for personal growth, education, and community building.

3. Payment & Refunds

All fees must be paid in full (or per agreed payment plan) before access or participation is granted. Due to the digital and event-based nature of our Services, all sales are final. Refunds, transfers, or exchanges are not available except where required by law.

4. Event & Tour Participation

Participation in live events, retreats, or tours is voluntary. You are solely responsible for your own travel, insurance, health, and safety. The Company is not liable for injuries, accidents, delays, or cancellations outside our control. You are advised to obtain personal travel insurance.

5. Club Membership

The Femma Club provides access to community resources, discussions, and exclusive activities. Membership is non-transferable. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership for violation of community guidelines or harmful conduct.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, resources, and event content are the exclusive property of the Company. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. No Medical or Psychological Services

Our Services, including courses, coaching, consulting, club activities, events, and tours, are not medical, psychiatric, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or provide professional healthcare services. If you require such services, you must seek a licensed professional.

8. Limitation of Liability

You agree that the Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, injuries, losses, or claims arising out of your participation in our Services. Your results depend on your personal effort, decisions, and circumstances.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Suffolk County, New York.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, enrolling, or participating in any Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

2. Services Provided

We provide coaching, mentoring, and consulting sessions in areas including but not limited to personal development, relationships, communication, and self-confidence. Services may be delivered via in-person meetings, online video calls, or other agreed methods.

3. Scope of Services

Coaching and consulting are collaborative, non-therapeutic processes focused on guidance, strategy, and personal growth. We do not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial services. You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.

4. Scheduling & Rescheduling

Sessions must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Missed sessions without proper notice will be considered delivered and non-refundable.

5. Fees & Payment

All fees are payable in U.S. dollars and must be paid in full prior to the start of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We do not guarantee results, and fees are for time and expertise provided.

6. Refund Policy

All payments are final. No refunds will be issued for completed or ongoing services unless required by law.

7. Confidentiality

We agree to keep all personal and business information shared during sessions confidential, except as required by law or where disclosure is necessary to prevent harm.

8. Intellectual Property

Any materials, resources, or exercises provided during coaching or consulting remain the intellectual property of the Company. You may not share, reproduce, or distribute them without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

You agree that the Company shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or adverse outcomes resulting from your use of the services, whether direct or indirect.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Suffolk County, New York.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements, whether written or verbal.

By booking or participating in coaching or consulting services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
